Castleberry Docks - Our Story
Castleberry Docks grew naturally from a background in residential construction. Around 2010-2011, Jacob Castleberry (Owner/General Contractor) and his crew completed several projects for an established local dock builder who was preparing to retire. After seeing Jacob's ability to manage and complete the work from start to finish, the owner offered him the opportunity to purchase the business. Jacob purchased the equipment and incorporated dock construction into an already established background in custom home framing and remodeling.
Since then, Castleberry Docks has continued using proven dock-building methods while making thoughtful improvements to materials, structural details, and the finished product.
Today, dock construction is a specialized branch of Jacob Castleberry Homes, allowing customers to work with a contractor capable of coordinating far more than the dock alone.
The Castleberry Difference
Castleberry Docks is backed by the capabilities of a licensed and insured general contractor. The Castleberry difference is that we can manage a waterfront project from beginning to end, including permitting, construction, electrical work, boat lifts, accessories, seawall coordination, and other improvements. Our docks are not cookie cutter.
Each dock is designed around the shoreline, the boat, and the way the owner intends to use the water. With our own crew, equipment and barges, along with experience working with Hot Springs Village POA requirements and permitting, we are positioned to provide a turnkey project rather than asking the homeowner to coordinate multiple contractors.
